I was incredibly impressed with the customer service. Every time I sent a question I received a timely reply . Depending on the time change sometimes we were able to go back and forth instantly, other times one or the other of us had to wait for the sun to rise on our side of the great pond! There was never a problem. Anything I requested , Diana managed to work out. And given the needs of 6 diverse people that is not always easy -- even my mom had a hard time keeping everyone happy, but for Diana it was not a problem! Now due to teh pandemic we have to postpone our trip until next summer. The company was so gracious and offered a couple of different options, to a full refund , rolling over our plans to teh following summer with a 15 percent bonus or a combination of that. As my youngest niece has no idea if she will be available next summer, we chose the latter. Her portion of the payment was refunded to our credit card and the rest us us rolled over our our reservation to next summer,and we will get a 15 % bonus to use as we choose. So if my niece ends up available we will add her back in or perhaps pick up a couple of ballet tickets or even add another excursion in Helsinki!! This company has been around since 2002 and it is no wonder. The service is stellar!
